– SAS Online Equity Intraday Brokerage Calculator

SAS Online charges a mere Rs 9 per executed trade no matter what the size of the trade is on the intraday trading. For traders who would want to work only on the equity segment on the 999 plan the charges on the brokerage will be nil. On the brokerage calculator you will see the option to switch between the 999 Unlimited plan or the Rs 9 per trade plan.

There is option to select the stock you want to invest in, in the drop down list under instrument heading. Once all the required details are input, like quantity, but and sell price one can view the table below that shows the charges under total charges heading. There is also a Total Pnl that gives details on the pnl earned based on all the charges that are charged.

For the delivery on the equity segment also the charges are Rs 9 per executed trade whatever the size of each trade be. The unlimited plan is charged Rs 999 and the brokerage for the month would be nil. The working of the brokerage calculator is still the same.

To get the detail on the delivery, first switch from the intraday to Equity delivery option. The default when the page loaded is always the Equity intraday. Once that is selected, select the stock you want to trade on, then enter the quantity and the trading price. This gives out the pnl and other charges. You can add in more of these equities by clicking on “Add new row”.

To switch to Equity Futures, select from the first drop-down under instrument to Future. Then in the next drop-down select the required stock or the index you want to invest on. Enter in the quantity and then the buy and sell price to arrive at all the charges that are charged.

The Brokerage will be charged based on the plan you have selected for. The basic plan would be Rs 9 per trade executed order. If you have chosen for the monthly unlimited pan then you will be charged zero brokerage but you will have other charges being charged. The unlimited pan would be Rs 999 per month.

Equity Options are also available to be traded on SAS online. The charges would remain the same as for the futures, Rs 9 per executed trade.  The other one is the unlimited plan which is Rs 999 per month. No brokerage on this plan.

The Brokerage calculator would also work the similar way as for the futures. You need to switch from default drop-down to Options under the instruments. Select the required equity where you will enter the options contract into.

  Commodities are also available to be traded on SAS Online. During registration with SAS online you will have to opt for the option to trade into MCX. Commodities are getting affordable to the retail traders due to the introduction of the discount brokers. We will talk about the brokerage charges for these services provided.

Commodity futures are the ones that are popular on the commodity market. SAS online also supports the commodity futures to be traded on. Rs 9 per executed trade or Rs 999 per month unlimited plan.
